Well, the generous falling of snow this weekend has made us want to cosy up with a wee dram, a good book and a cosy pair of slippers. The layer of the white stuff crunching underfoot and twinkling in the moonlight, really enhanced the winter wonderland feeling of ‘Hebden Makes Christmas’ last weekend. All our wonderful makers of Hebden Bridge were showcasing and selling their fabulous makes at various venues throughout the town. The mulled wine was flowing, the mince pies were devoured, the Christmas lights sparkled and it made us realise that Christmas is within touching distance!
If you are still looking for ideas for Christmas presents; we will be running a Messenger Bag Making (or backpacks if you’d prefer) course in the New Year and the cost for it has been reduced! It is now £245 for the 8-week evening course (2 hours on a Monday) and this price includes tuition and materials and you will leave with a beautiful, handcrafted bag at the end.
