leatherwork document / tablet case workshop

cut, stitch and embellish your own A5 case, using best quality british leather, brilliant for kindles, tablets or travel  documents. this small, informal workshop will further your knowledge of leatherwork and will teach you important basic skills. original ideas and creativity are encouraged as you are individually tutored. try a range of tools and techniques under expert guidance including stitching, punching, edge finishing, riveting, dyeing and mark making.

• cut pattern templates and select leather
• cut leather, bevel and edge dye
• mark stitch guides and punch stitch and stud holes
• punch pippin and rivet holes
• rivet strap
• screw in stud
• initial if required
• stitch sides, wax and finish

all tools and materials provided, some available to buy.
